Level Up Media ("we", "us") operates a platform that connects brands with creators for paid content campaigns. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture.
• Linked social accounts: when you connect an Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook account, we receive an access token and read-only access to that account's public post data — captions, post/video timestamps, media type, and view/engagement counts.
• Campaign activity: the campaigns you join, content you submit, and payout details you provide.

How we use it

We use linked-account data to automatically track posts you make for a campaign, measure their performance (views, posting frequency), detect when the same video has been cross-posted to multiple platforms, and calculate what you're owed. We do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.

Third-party services

We access linked-account data through each platform's official API (Google, Meta) under the permissions you explicitly grant during authorization. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

Data retention and refresh

Post and view-count data pulled from a connected platform is periodically refreshed while your account remains connected. If you disconnect an account, we stop pulling new data from it; you can request deletion of previously stored data at any time — see our data deletion instructions.

Your rights

You can disconnect a linked social account at any time from your account settings, or from that platform's own app-permissions page. You can request a copy of, or the deletion of, your data by contacting us below.
