Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove Level Up Media's access to your data at any time, in two ways:

1. Disconnect a linked account

From your account's Linked Accounts page, disconnect any Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook account. This immediately revokes our access token for that account — we stop pulling any new post or view data from it. You can also revoke access directly from the platform's own settings:

• Instagram/Facebook: Accounts Center → Apps and websites
• YouTube/Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions

2. Request full data deletion

To delete your Level Up Media account and all associated data — profile information, linked-account tokens, tracked posts, and campaign history — email support@vanguardmedia.app from the address on your account with the subject line "Data deletion request". We'll confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for records we're required to keep for legal or accounting purposes (such as payout records).
