These terms govern your use of Level Up Media ("the platform"). By creating an account, you agree to them.

Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account and be old enough to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping any connected social accounts accurate.

Connecting social accounts

When you connect an Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook account, you authorize us to read that account's public post data — captions, timestamps, and view counts — for the sole purpose of tracking your participation in campaigns you have joined. You can revoke this access at any time.

Campaigns and payouts

Joining a campaign means agreeing to that campaign's specific requirements (platforms, content guidelines, posting windows). Payouts are calculated from tracked view counts and are subject to review — we may withhold or reverse payment for content that violates a campaign's guidelines, uses fraudulent engagement, or is removed from the originating platform before it can be verified.

Prohibited conduct

• Submitting content you don't have the rights to post.
• Artificially inflating views, likes, or other engagement metrics.
• Misrepresenting which account or campaign a post belongs to.
• Attempting to access another user's account or data.

Termination

We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms or a campaign's guidelines. You may stop using the platform and disconnect your accounts at any time.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
